Delivery Information

Goods will be delivered to the shipping address entered during checkout.
Items ordered together may not be dispatched together due to constraints of packing or availability.

We’re working closely with our delivery partners to make sure they’re keeping themselves and our customers safe. Our delivery partners are adhering to social distancing measures globally and making ‘no-contact’ deliveries. Parcels will only be delivered to the recipients address and cannot be left with a neighbour. Delivery timings
Estimated delivery timings are as follows:

UK 2-3 working days
Europe 3-5 working days*
US & Canada 5-10 working days*
ROW 5-10 working days*
*please note, all timings featured exclude customs clearance where it is required.

Whilst every effort is made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the time-scales set out, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of the Goods.
Whilst we will try to deliver your order within 3-12 days (depending on the delivery address) you should allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Any goods that are being made to order will be dispatched when they are available to us.

DELIVERY COSTS

In addition to the price of the Goods, a delivery charge will be payable as below.
The cost of postage and packing per order will vary according to the delivery destination and weight. This is calculated and shown at checkout.

All orders that are shipped to addresses outside of the UK may be subject to local taxes, import duty and disbursement fees.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SHIPPING TERMS USED FOR ALL ORDERS ARE DONE USING THE INCOTERM DAP.

THIS MEANS THAT THE RECIPIENT OF THE GOODS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT DUTY, LOCAL VAT AND COURIER BROCKERAGE / DISBURSEMENT FEES.

SHOULD YOU REFUSE TO PAY THESE CHARGES YOUR BRAND MERCHANDISE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHOLD ANY COSTS INCURRED AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THIS REFUSAL. THIS WOULD NORMALLY MEAN THE COST OF THE SHIPPING AND ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED TO RETURNING THE GOODS BACK TO US.

Due to the United Kingdom leaving the European Union the above now impacts all European shipments.
